a. 2018-02-501-003 – Resolution appropriating $725,000.00 from the County Motor Fuel Tax Fund to pay for the resurfacing of County Highway 17 (North 2400TH Avenue), beginning at IL Route 94 and extending along said route in a westerly direction 2.055 miles to County Highway 11 (East 2300TH Street), and authorizing the County Board Chairman to sign any and all agreements and contracts and shall be known as Section 17-00067-01-FP.

b. 2018-02-501-004 - Resolution reporting bids from the February 1, 2018 County Motor Fuel Tax Maintenance Materials Letting.

c. 2018-02-501-005 – Resolution reporting bids from the February 1, 2018 Road District Motor Fuel Tax Maintenance Materials Letting.

d. 2018-02-501-006 – Resolution reporting bids, awarding the contract to Sangamon Construction Co., Springfield, IL, and appropriating $725,000.00 from the County Bridge Fund to pay for the improvement of the bridge carrying County Highway 51 over Fall Creek, to be known as County Bridge Fund Project #806.

e. 2018-02-501-007 - Resolution reporting bids, awarding the contract to County Contractors Inc., Quincy, Illinois, and appropriating $400,000.00 from the County Matching Fund for the construction of a precast pre-stressed concrete deck beam bridge to replace the existing four barrel box culvert carrying County Highway 57 over Possum Hollow Creek, to be known as County Bridge Fund Project #807.
