Dallas Elementary School District 327 Board met January 18.

Mr. Greenhalge, President Pro Tem called the meeting to order at 6:58 p.m.

Mr. Greenhalge asked Mrs. Enzeroth to call the roll.

The Board observed a moment of silence.

There were no agenda comments or questions.

The consent agenda was presented to the board for review. A motion was made by Heidbreder,

seconded by Schaefer, to approve the items on the Consent Agenda as presented. (Roll call)

The Bills were presented to the Board for payment. Dr. Olson answered some questions

regarding a few of the bills. A motion was made by Lionberger, seconded by Schaefer, to

approve payment of all bills as presented. (Roll call)

Mandated Reporting:

This is not an action item, but rather the result of our recent ROE compliance visit. We were told

that it would be a good idea for Board member to sign off on their mandated reporter status.

Each of the board members was given a mandated reporter form to sign.

Dr. Olson submitted a written Superintendent’s Report which was presented to the Board.

Questions from the Board were answered. The board requested we get some additional

clarification on the quote given on the security cameras as well as obtaining another quote from

another company.

Principal’s Report which was presented to the Board. There were no questions from the Board.

A motion was made by Heidbreder, seconded by Schaefer to enter the Closed Meeting at 7:25

p.m. to discuss items per 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)(10)(21) which is:

          A. The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal

               of specific employees of the public body (Section 120/2(c)(1))

          B. The placement of individual students in special education programs and other matters

               relating to individual students. (Section 120/2(c)(10))

          C. Discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this Act, whether for

               purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes

                as mandated by Section 2.06 (Section 120/2(c)(21))
