A-C Central Community Unit School District 262 issued the following announcement on May 15.
Sports Radio 1450 AM nominates local high school athletes weekly for their outstanding performances.
This week (May 7-12), A-C Central's own Addy McClure was nominated from the PORTA-AC Softball team.
People can go to the 1450 radio website (copy and paste the link below) and vote for this week's winner who will receive a $20 gift certificate to Mariah's Restaraunt in Springfield.
You can vote once every 12 hours up until Friday at 5:00 PM.
