Passavant Hospital issued the following announcement on June 1.
The circle drive at the main entrance at Passavant Area Hospital will close Wednesday, June 6, for approximately four weeks as workers remove the current pavement and install new concrete.
As part of the update, the curb along the drive will be eliminated making for a safer transition as visitors enter and exit.
Drop off access is available at the west entrance (Emergency Department). Handicapped parking near the circle drive will be unavailable during the update.
Additional handicapped spaces will be added to the south parking lot.
The main entrance will remain open with visitors using the stairs and ramp.
