Pleasant Hill Community Unit School District 3 issued the following announcement on June 4.
Free lunches are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week during the summer at the First Baptist Church from 11 A.M. - 1 P.M. starting June 4 for all children ages 18 years and younger.
There is no application necessary to receive a meal and you do not have to show proof of income.
Kids and teens ages 18 and under can just show up.
All summer meals offered through volunteers and community donations are FREE to all kids and teens ages 18 and younger.
