III. Discussion and Appropriate Action to Adopt Resolutions Pertinent to the Issuance of Bonds to Provide for the Renovation of the North Greene Junior-Senior High Building

A. Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $2,605,770 General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2018A, of the District for the purpose of altering and reconstructing the North Greene Junior Senior High School Building and purchasing and installing equipment therein for fire prevention and safety, energy conservation and school security purposes, providing for the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds and authorizing the sale of the bonds to Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated.

B. Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $1,500,000 General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2018B, of the District for the purpose of improving the sites of and altering, repairing and equipping existing school buildings and facilities of the District, providing for the pledge of certain revenues and the levy of taxes sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds and authorizing the sale of said bonds to Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated.
