City of Virginia City Council met July 13.
Here is the minutes as provided by the council:
Mayor Brunk called the meeting to order at 530pm. Alderman Cox, Anderson, Bowman, and Wulf all present. Alderman French was not present.
Ordinance increasing the number of Class B Liquor Licenses from three to four (2nd reading)
Alderman Anderson made a motion to approve the increase of the number of licenses and Alderman Bowman seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Approval of 911 Contract
Alderman Wulf made a motion to approve the 911 contract and Alderman Cox seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Library Board Appointment
Mayor would like to appoint Elizabeth Vaughn to the Library Board. Alderman Cox made a motion to appoint Elizabeth Vaughn and Alderman Wulf seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
With nothing further to discuss at 549pm, Alderman Cox made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Alderman Wulf seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
