DISCUSSION: Drivers Education Car replacement, School Access Security proposal and solar proposal update. Mr. Gilbert presented a bid from Jennings 2015 Chevy Impala with $17,900, with trade in $14,900. Fearneyhough asked about a warranty. Ann felt there was still a warranty because of the low mileage. Straw poll to vote for new Drivers Ed car was to go ahead with purchase now with official vote at August meeting. Card reader system ETC 100% no electric. United systems would require pretty extensive electric. United and ETC can incorporate the burglar alarm. The systems would log all entry times and turn on alarm automatically. He would recommend ETC second United. Fearneyhough asked if these systems would eliminate keys? The only way to get into the district they would have to have a card reader. The keys would not work at any door. Seaman would like to get a total for getting locks changed to get a true picture. Josh Sorrells asked what about interior doors? You would still need a key for interior doors. Seaman-he is not a fan for putting Roof mounts for the solar system on the roof. Mr. Gilbert-Panels would go on the metal only not on the rubber. Delivery charges can’t be changed kilowatts would be the only one that could be adjusted.

Watson-Read a thank you letter Shriners in memory of Joe DeSollar. Thank you for the use for the building for NEWork Camp during the summer.
