Discussion on an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a Special Use Permit to establish a fraternity house in an R-4 Multiple Family Zoning District at 830 North Avery Street.
This ordinance had first reading last Monday night. A revised copy is attached for your review. Further discussion is planned.
Discussion on amending Section 17-913 to change the configuration of the Macomb Historical Preservation Commission and to amend Section 17-924 to insert a maintenance/renovation activity guideline matrix.
