4.Consideration to extend the auditing contract with Wermer, Rogers, Doran and Ruzon for three (3) years with an increase of $500.00 for FY 2019, $1,000.00 for FY 2020 and $1,000.00 for FY 2021.

1.Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class P liquor license with an EH Supplementary liquor license for Lafayette Mart LLC d/b/a Lafayette Mart.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

1.Consideration to renew the City of Macomb’s group health plan effective February 1, 2019 with a 0% increase, approve Tokio Marine HCC as the City of Macomb’s re-insurance company, approve Consociate Inc. as the City of Macomb’s third party administrator and approve David Thompson CLU as the City of Macomb’s agent of record.

2.Consideration to approve a Downtown Renovation Grant application from TRI Rentals (Ruth Phillips), 11 East Side Square in the amount of $1,046.41 to replace a second story window.

3.Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act to award the bid for the sewer lining project at their meeting on Monday, January 14, 2019.

Final action will be in order.

4.Consideration to authorize soliciting bids for the street pavement preservation projects in the City of Macomb.
