CITY OF GREENVILLE: City of Greenville Declares Snow Emergency

City of Greenville issued the following announcement on Jan. 11.

In accordance with City of Greenville code § 72.25, Mayor Alan Gaffner has declared a Snow Emergency. With the forecast of significant snowfall, it will be necessary that the parking of motor vehicles on snow emergency routes be prohibited upon accumulation of 2” of snow.

This snow emergency will be in effect upon 2” accumulation of snow through 6:00 AM Sunday, January 13, 2019.

No person shall park any vehicle or permit any vehicle to remain parked on a snow emergency route. Snow routes must remain open for snow removal. Snow routes are listed below:
