Sharing tips and services for machine reliability and facility efficiency to Central Illinois manufacturers

Join IMEC and partners from ExxonMobil Fuels & Lubricants Company, Leidos, Inc (Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Contractor) and the Illinois Sustainable Technology Center for an introduction to the services available to help manufacturers achieve greater reliability and efficiency across operations. Attendees will learn about a variety of services and incentives to help decrease operating expenses and increase production efficiency.

Adam McMurtrey – ExxonMobil Fuels & Lubricants Company

For Maintenance and Reliability professionals who are trying to find the best return on investment – with limited budgets in supporting corporate goals – a focus on oil is key. When you select the right grease for the right application, partnered with proper oil filtration and maintenance, you can expect less unscheduled downtime,and reduced maintenance costs. ExxonMobil will share best practices to help manufacturers increase production, extend equipment life, reduce energy consumption, and increase safety and well-being of your personnel.

Joe Birschbach – Leidos, Inc. – An Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Contractor

Manufacturing and industrial operations are among the most energy-intensive businesses, so there’s great potential to improve energy efficiency. Leidos will present on the energy efficiency program of Ameren Illinois, and the opportunities for manufacturers to decrease both your operating expenses and energy footprint.

Mike Springman – Illinois Sustainable Technology Center

ISTC’s Technical Assistance Program (TAP) makes companies and communities more competitive and resilient with sustainable business practices, technologies, and solutions. Mike will share the benefits to manufacturers who use the variety of services from their team. Specific programs addressed during the session include:

E3: Economy, Energy and Environment: An assessment of production process to reduce energy and water consumption, minimize carbon footprints, prevent pollution, increase productivity and drive innovation.

Water Treatment: Learn about the impact of water treatment in heating and cooling systems and how the proper management of water chemistry can increase system efficiency, reduce energy and water consumption, reduce repair and maintenance costs, extend equipment life, reduce downtime and reduce health risks and liability.
