Report: Greenfield spent $10,331 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Greenfield Community Unit School District 10 is up 1.2 percent from five years ago, according to a West Central Reporter analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Greene County school district spent $10,208 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $10,331 in 2017-18.

The district's enrollment remained unchanged over the same period, with 453 students.

Greenfield's spending in 2017-18 was 22.5 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
