City of Mt. Sterling issued the following announcement on Feb. 15.
City Hall will be closed on Mon, Feb 18 in observance of President’s Day. You may place payments in the drop box on the west side of the building. Offices will reopen on Tue, Feb 19 at 8:00 am.
