PUBLIC COMMENTS

1.Discussion on proposed amendments to the Class P liquor license and allowing package liquor sales on Sunday in the City of Macomb.

2.Discussion on a resolution to authorize the Mayor of the City of Macomb to sell certain real estate owned by the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois, being 133 West Jackson Street, PIN 11-400-059-00, in the Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois

3.Discussion on an ordinance to approve a Redevelopment Agreement using Tax Increment Financing at 133 West Jackson Street.

This ordinance had first reading last Monday night and further discussion is planned.

4.Discussion on an agreement between the City of Macomb and Modern, LLC for parking at 133 West Jackson Street.

A copy of the agreement is attached for your review. Discussion is planned.

5.Other business.

a) Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of an employee of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act.

d)The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(6) of the Open Meetings Act.

e) Pending or probable litigation, pursuant to Sec. 2(c)(11) of the Open Meetings Act.
