How did Norine Hammond spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Norine Hammond's election campaign committee, Citizens for Hammond, spent $6,910 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hammond's committee spent the most on billboard expenses in the quarter, with 57.6% of this total ($1,360) going to Lamar Advertising of Decatur in Forsyth. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hammond's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
