How did Norine Hammond spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Norine Hammond's election campaign committee, Citizens for Hammond, spent $11,930 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hammond's committee spent the most on inaguration reception in the quarter, with all those payments ($8,092) going to Doubletree Inn in Sptingfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hammond's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
