1. Discussion on the Federal Fiscal Year 2019 Certifications and Assurances for FTA Assistance Programs.

Transit Director Nathan Cobb will review certifications and a copy is attached for

your review. Discussion is planned.

2. Presentation from the Flags of Love and Memorial Brick Committee on their development plan for a memorial on the south side of Chandler Park and discussion on the Resolution to accept the Flags of Love and Memorial Bricks proposal for a Memorial in Chandler Park.

A representative from Flags of Love will give presentation and a copy of the resolution

is attached for your review. Discussion is planned.

3. Discussion on an ordinance to amend Section 15-234 Snow Routes on Arterial Streets of the Municipal Code of the City of Macomb.

Attached is a memo from PW Director Coker and a copy of the ordinance for your review. Discussion is planned.

4. Discussion on an ordinance to amend Chapter 13, Section 13-75(d) of the Municipal Code of the City of Macomb, Illinois, McDonough County, Illinois (Rental Registration Fee).

This ordinance had first reading last Monday night and further discussion is planned.

5. Discussion on an ordinance to amend Section 2-130 and Section 2-257 of the Municipal Code of the City of Macomb (Residency Requirements).

This ordinance had first reading last Monday night and further discussion is planned.
