Waverly home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Waverly rose by $60,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 147.3% increase over the $41,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Waverly in the first quarter of 2017.
