2.Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class M plus OL, SS and OW liquor license for Forgottonia Brewing LLC dba Forgottonia Brewing Company.

5.Discussion on an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a special use permit to establish a legally non-conforming use in a B-2 General Business Zoning District at 833 North Lafayette Street.
