Waverly home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Waverly fell by $11,800 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,000 - a 22.3% decrease over the $52,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Waverly in April 2016.
