South Jacksonville home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in South Jacksonville fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in South Jacksonville in June 2016.
