Jacksonville home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Jacksonville fell by $15,600 while total sales increased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,000 - a 16.1% decrease over the $96,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Jacksonville in June 2016.
