Jacksonville home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Jacksonville rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,250 - a 20.6% increase over the $87,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Jacksonville in August 2016.
