Jacksonville home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Jacksonville fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,750 - a 4.8% decrease over the $82,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Jacksonville in September 2016.
