Jacksonville home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Jacksonville fell by $8,500 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 11.9% decrease over the $71,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Jacksonville in January 2018.
