Rich in the amount of $31,200.00 for rehabilitation of the gravity sand filters at the Water Treatment Plant.

6.Consideration to approve the proposal from Peerless Well & Pump in the amount of $23,060.00 for the service work to be performed on the Reverse Osmosis well pump at the Water Treatment Plant.

7.Consideration to approve proceeding with the engineering services with IMEG Corporation in the amount of $116,500.00 for South Johnson Street improvements.

1.Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class M plus OL, SS and OW liquor license for Forgottonia Brewing LLC dba Forgottonia Brewing Company.

2.Consideration to approve a parking lot agreement between the City of Macomb and Forgottonia Brewing, LLC.

3.Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a special use permit to establish a legally non-conforming use in a B-2 General Business Zoning District at 833 North Lafayette Street.

4.Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 15-234 Snow Routes on Arterial Streets of the Municipal Code of the City of Macomb.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

5.Consideration of an ordinance to adopt a budget for the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois for the fiscal year commencing May 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2020.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

NEW BUSINESS

1.Consideration to approve a pay reclassification increase of $2,400.00 for the position of Business Office Manager from a Grade 24 to a Grade 25.

2.Consideration to approve the dates of May 13 through May 16, 2019 with a second pickup in the northwest quadrant on Monday, May 20, 2019 for City Wide Spring Clean Up.

3.Consideration to authorize the purchase of a 2019 Dodge Charger in the amount of $23,917.00 from the K-9 and Drug Asset Forfeiture fund and a 2019 Chevy Tahoe in the amount of $36,300.00 from the Police Protective fund for the Macomb Police Department.

4.Consideration to appoint Owen Finch as Plumbing Inspector for the City of Macomb.
