Waverly home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Waverly rose by $11,125 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,750 - a 22% increase over the $50,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Waverly in August 2017.
