Franklin home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Franklin rose by $77,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,500 - a 267.2% increase over the $29,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Franklin in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,279, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
