Jacksonville home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Jacksonville rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $79,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Jacksonville in April 2017.
