Q4 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Brown County?

There was one offender released on parole during that lives in Brown County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by West Central Reporter.

The data shows that the released offender was a man. He was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2018, when he was 29. He is a veteran.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the fourth quarter in each Brown County municipality.
