Woodson home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Woodson fell by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,500 - a 18.4% decrease over the $103,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Woodson in 2017.

The median sales tax in Woodson for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,637, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for 2018.
