Chapin home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Chapin rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 75% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Chapin in 2017.
