Jacksonville home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Jacksonville rose by $2,400 while total sales decreased by 11%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 315 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,900 - a 3% increase over the $80,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 354 homes sold in Jacksonville in 2016.
