City of Barry issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
Today at 2:00 P.M. the drawing was held at Casteel’s. The Queen of Pike County history for 2019 drew the winning ticket. The winner is JOHN BORROWMAN from Barry. The Illinois section will be demolished in a couple of weeks. Don’t have a definite date yet. It will be advertised when we know a date.
