OLD BUSINESS

1.Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class B plus OC liquor license for CJB Partners LLC d/b/a The Wine Sellers.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

2.Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of 505, 511 and 517 North Randolph Street located in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-3 Two Family Residential to B-2 General Business.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval. Additional information is attached for your review.

3.Other unfinished business.

NEW BUSINESS

1.Consideration to approve the employment agreement between the City of Macomb and Alice Ohrtmann for the position of Public Works Director.

A copy of the agreement is attached and final action will be in order.

2.Consideration to authorize the purchase of a Dry Pit submersible pump from Zimmer & Franceson in the amount of $37,475.00.

A memo from Waste Water Manager Josh Peters is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.

3.Consideration to accept with regret the resignation of Patrick Stout from the Equal Opportunity and Fair Housing Commission and the Complete Count Census Committee.

Final action will be in order.

4.Consideration to accept with regret the resignation of Raleigh Mitchell from the Equal Opportunity and Fair Housing Commission.

Final action will be in order.
