Attorneys for an Arkansas woman who has named the son of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden as the father of her child claim in a court filing that Hunter Biden is not expected to challenge the results of a recent DNA test or the way the test was administered.

According to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, those test have established “with scientific certainty” that Biden fathered the child that former Western Illinois University basketball player Lunden Alexis Roberts gave birth to about a year ago. Over the summer, the 28-year-old Roberts sued Biden, 49, for child and health care support after he initially denied ever having sex with her.

A hearing is scheduled for early December in Independence County, Arkansas.

Several media outlets have reported that the relationship between Biden and Roberts occurred when he was in a relationship with his brother’s widow, whom he has since married. The marriage is the second for Biden, who has three children from his first marriage.

The Washington Examiner has also reported that Biden has a history of drug use, which played a part in his 2014 discharge from the Navy Reserve following a positive test for cocaine.
