a) Discuss status of Augustine Vasquez application for disability. Need to confirm administrative hearing date.

b) Discuss Illinois Department of Insurance Actuarial Valuation Report for funding by Municipality compared to the Municipality tax levy ordinance.

9. NEW BUSINESS

a) Review and approve 2020 annual COLA increases, effective January, 2020.

b) Discuss upcoming elections & reappointment for board members:

i. Rex Ginder, elected/retired, term expires 4/30/2020;

ii. Mark Lonergan, elected/active, term expires 4/30/2020;

iii. David Langdon, elected/active, term expires 4/30/2020;

iv. Kevin Heitz, appointed/term expires 5/12/2020.

c) Discuss Illinois Finance Entity Forms due February 28, 2020.

d) Status of filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2020)

e) Discuss Senate Bill 1300 amendments and the effects on downstate police and fire pension funds, including new trustee training requirements for 2020.
