Consideration to renew the City of Macomb’s group health plan effective February 1, 2020 with a 0% increase, approve Tokio Marine HCC as the City of Macomb’s re-insurance company, approve Consociate, Inc. as the City of Macomb’s third-party administrator and approve Andrea Leinbach, employee of Dansig, Inc. as the City of Macomb’s representative.

This was discussed last Monday night and final action will be in order.

Consideration to renew the City of Macomb’s property, liability and workers comp with Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust and approve Pumo Insurance Agency as the City of Macomb’s agent of record.

  • Consideration to renew the City of Macomb’s electricity supply with AEP Energy for 23-month agreement with a Pass-Through capacity at a rate of .03745 per kWh (12,260,500) and authorize the Mayor to sign the documents.

Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 17, Article VII, Division 1, Section 17-851 of the City of Macomb Municipal Code entitled Off-Street Parking Required, by Amending Table 7.1.1.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval. A revised Exhibit A is attached for your review.

Consideration of an ordinance to amend Chapter 16, Sections 54, 57, 58, 59 and 60 of the Municipal Code of Macomb, Illinois pertaining to cannabis and drug paraphernalia.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act to approve the ordinance to amend Chapter 16, Sections 54, 57, 59, 59 and 60 of the Municipal Code of Macomb, Illinois pertaining to cannabis and drug paraphernalia at their meeting to be held on Monday, December 23, 2019.

Consideration of an ordinance to create Chapter 14, Article XIII entitled Adult Use Cannabis Consumption Onsite Establishments of the Municipal Code of Macomb, Illinois pertaining to conditional use permits for adult use cannabis consumption onsite establishments.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

Consideration of an ordinance to provide for the levy and collection of taxes for the year 2019, payable 2020 for the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

Consideration of an ordinance to abate the direct annual tax levied for 2019 to pay the annual debt service on $2,275,000 in General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Waterworks Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2016 and $7,500,000 in General Obligation Bonds, (Infrastructure Projects Alternate Revenue Source) Series 2012.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
