Jacksonville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Jacksonville rose by $11,668 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,668 - a 13.7% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Jacksonville in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Jacksonville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,883, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
