Jacksonville home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Jacksonville rose by $14,268 while total sales increased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,668 - a 17.3% increase over the $82,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Jacksonville in September 2018.
