Jacksonville home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Jacksonville rose by $29,250 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 35.8% increase over the $81,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Jacksonville in August 2018.
