Jacksonville home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Jacksonville fell by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 35.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $106,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Jacksonville in June 2018.
