Jacksonville home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Jacksonville rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 47.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 26.1% increase over the $88,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Jacksonville in May 2018.
