City of Beardstown issued the following announcement on March 12.
1 (800) 570-1616 phone number for Area Disposal. If you have any furniture that you want to discard call Area Disposal for the City fee of15.00 per item per our City contract.
Area Disposal will come and take it away,instead of leaving it on the sidewalks or boulevard. I don't think that many people know this I wanted to let everyone know so they will have a chance to get it hauled away instead of a ticket. The ticket is a lot more than 15.00 please pass on to your friends.
