South Jacksonville home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in South Jacksonville fell by $4,250 while total sales decreased by 17.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 4.6% decrease over the $91,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in South Jacksonville in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in South Jacksonville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,914, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
