Waverly home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Waverly rose by $5,550 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,500 - a 16.3% increase over the $33,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Waverly in January 2019.
