Jacksonville home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Jacksonville rose by $12,125 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,750 - a 13.4% increase over the $90,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Jacksonville in March 2019.
