Waverly home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Waverly fell by $24,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 26.1% decrease over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Waverly in April 2019.
