Jacksonville home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Jacksonville fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 25.1% decrease over the $109,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Jacksonville in April 2019.
